AI Product Tools offers flexible plans to suit stores of all sizes. Whether you are just getting started or managing a large catalog, there is a plan designed for you.

Understanding Credits

Credits are used exclusively by the Advanced Bulk Description Generator. This is the only feature in the plugin that consumes credits. All other tools, including Single Product Generation, Standard Bulk Generator, Title Generator, FAQ Generator, SEO Meta Generator, Automation Jobs, AI Shop Assistant, and Store Index, work independently of the credit system.

• What uses credits: Only the Advanced Bulk Description Generator deducts credits when generating high-quality, HTML-formatted descriptions.
• What does NOT use credits: Every other feature in the plugin operates without consuming any credits.

Plan Comparison

We offer three plans, all of which include access to every supported AI provider (OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, and Claude).

• Support: Email support with a 24-48 hour response time during business days.

3. Business Plan

The Business Plan is built for large-scale operations and agencies managing massive product catalogs.

• Advanced Generator Credits: Unlimited.
• Features: Everything in the Pro plan, plus priority processing, multi-site support, and early access to new features.

Which Plan is Right for You?

• Choose Free if: You are just starting out, have a very small catalog, or only need basic text descriptions.
• Choose Pro if: You have a growing store, want to save hours every week with Automation Jobs, and care about SEO performance.
• Choose Business if: You manage thousands of products, run multiple stores, or need unlimited Advanced generation capacity.

Managing Your Credits

You can track your Advanced Generator credit usage directly within your WordPress dashboard.

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is displayed in two locations:

1. The Toolkit Dashboard: A widget on the main AI Product Tools page shows your remaining credits and next reset date.
2. Plugin Settings: The API Configuration tab also displays your balance and plan details.

What Happens When Credits Run Out?

If you use all your monthly Advanced Generator credits, only that specific feature will be paused until your balance resets. Every other feature in the plugin, including the Standard Bulk Generator, Title Generator, FAQ Generator, SEO Meta Generator, Automation Jobs, and the AI Shop Assistant, will continue to work normally.

Upgrading, Downgrading, and Billing

We use the Freemius licensing system to handle all subscriptions and payments securely.

• To Upgrade: Navigate to AI Product Tools > Account in your dashboard. Select your desired plan and follow the checkout process.
• To Downgrade or Cancel: You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the Account page. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro/Business features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Billing History: You can view and download invoices from the Freemius member area, accessible from the Account page.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
• Annual Billing: Choosing annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months free on both Pro and Business plans.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We do not store your product data on our servers. Everything is handled within your WordPress installation.

Can I use the plugin on multiple sites?

The Free and Pro plans are for a single site. The Business plan offers multi-site licensing options.

What happens if my payment fails?

Freemius will retry the charge over the next few days. If it still fails, your account will revert to the Free plan until the issue is resolved.
